Terra Firma Equity Limited (ACN 675 999 747), incorporated in Victoria on 21 March 2024, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.
The Company has adopted the ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations as the foundation of its governance framework, supporting transparency, accountability, disciplined risk oversight and long-term shareholder value creation.
The Board of Directors is accountable to shareholders for the overall governance, strategic direction and performance of the Company. The roles and responsibilities of the Board, its Committees, management and operating subsidiaries are clearly defined through Board-approved Charters and formal Delegations of Authority.
These governance frameworks operate in conjunction with the Company’s Constitution, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Together, they form a structured and disciplined governance architecture designed to support Terra Firma’s continued growth as a nationally integrated protein platform.
