THE 400-METRE LINEAR SPINE
Structural & Operational Significance
The 400-metre Linear Spine is the core operating framework of the facility, designed to deliver continuous, high-efficiency production at scale.

End-to-End Integration
Extending from livestock receival (lairage) through to final load-out, the spine enables a fully integrated, linear production flow across all processing stages.

Automated Product Flow.
Advanced automation minimises manual handling, with cartons moving seamlessly through processing, packing, storage, and dispatch within a near-touchless operating environment.
Centralised Logistics
A multi-storey automated logistics and packaging facility is integrated within the spine, providing high-density, temperature-controlled storage for up to 40,000 cartons and supporting rapid, export-ready distribution.

CIRCULAR WASTE-TO-ENERGY & RESOURCE RECOVERY SYSTEM
Circular Waste-to-Energy & Resource Recovery
Within the 82.15-hectare Project Linear Spine, the facility is designed as a closed-loop system, capturing and repurposing water, energy, and operational by-products to reduce
environmental impact and improve efficiency.
Water Treatment & Reuse
All processed water is captured, treated, and reused across the site.
Stormwater is also collected and recycled, supporting a more self-sufficient and
resilient water system.
Waste-to-Energy (Biogas)
Organic waste is converted into renewable biogas through anaerobic digestion.
This energy is redirected back into operations, reducing reliance on traditional fuel sources.

Energy Efficiency
Heat recovery and advanced processing systems are designed to lower energy use and improve performance.
Together, these initiatives support a long-term pathway toward energy self-sufficiency.

BUILT FOR INDUSTRIAL SCALE
